Send your shoes to Berkeley Resole from anywhere. Download and print out our Repair Order Form, and put it in the box (or shipping envelope) with your shoes. Ship to:

If you are clear about the repair you need you can enclose a check made out to “Berkeley Resole” for the amounts given on the Prices page plus $8 for shipping USPS Priority.
Unclear about the price?
No problem. Just send the shoes and a note with your phone number and/or e-mail address so we can contact you. We can take a credit card number over the phone or you can send a check separately.
